We have experienced 1 case of adult, senile patient, aged 62, which proved as a case of Boch alek hernia.
That case admitted to department of General surgery, Presbyterian Medical Center, Chonju, via E.R due to generalized abdominal pain and vomiting for about 24 hrs.
Following the simple chest film result, we presumed this case suffering from massive pleural effusion in entire left lung which lead even to thoracenthesis.
Diagnosis built up only followed by postoperative finding.
